Our group offers various opportunities for scientific growth, both in the field of precision nutrition and the study of the effects of food on our bodies, as well as in learning advanced analytical chemistry methodologies for biological sample analysis and metabolite identification through targeted metabolomics.

20 doctoral theses have been defended, and currently, 6 more are in progress by national and international students.
